Neil has gathered his wealth of knowledge from years of day to day work with horses and extensive research through books, DVDs and attending clinics with the masters.
As an accomplished trainer and rider, Neil has participated in and earned money in NCHA, NRHA, Canadian Team Penning Assoc., AQHA Versatility, team roping, Crocus Cowhorse and Manitoba, Alberta and North Dakota 50/50 Futurities.
Come spend some time with us and find out how your horse can benefit from training with Neil.
Neil’s daughter Sharra has joined the full time training ranks here at Thunderbird. She has the same passion for horses that her Dad has. Besides training alongside Neil every day, Sharra gains knowledge from DVDs and clinics. Her main focus is on barrel racing where she has earned money in all three Ds on several different horses but she has also earned money in Manitoba Team Penning Assoc., AQHA Versatility and Crocus Cowhorse.
Messages from some of our clients:
“Hi Neil and Kathy,
I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the amazing training you put into Gunner. You have him so quiet, respectful and SAFE for me.
People thought I was nuts sending my horse to someone I had never met except on the internet, but now they are all eating their words:)
Thanks so much again, I got way more training than I could ever have imagined. Keep up the fantastic training, the world needs more horse people like yourselves!!
With a smile on my face
